Processing of personal data

The personal data collected on Ma-Seedbox.me (email address, login credentials, billing information, connection IP addresses, order and payment history) is processed by Harmony Hosting Innovation, as data controller, for the provision and billing of the service, customer relationship management, abuse prevention and compliance with its legal obligations, in particular the retention of connection data.

It is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and then for the applicable limitation periods, and is only disclosed to the service providers necessary for the performance of the service (hosting providers, payment provider PayPal).

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 (loi « Informatique et Libertés »), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, which you can exercise by writing to contact@ma-seedbox.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
